Eligibility — address, age and identification matter

U.S. shipping addresses cannot purchase or apply. The notice sets minimum application ages of 14 in South Korea, 13 in the U.S. and 16 elsewhere; the separate shipping exclusion still applies.

Non-Korean applicants must match their English application name to a valid physical passport or residence card. Screenshots and photocopies are not accepted. Only the winner may attend; wins cannot be transferred or collected by proxy.
