Information processed automatically
Our hosting provider may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. KSPILL does not currently offer public reader accounts or collect newsletter signup data.
Google advertising and your choices
KSPILL uses Google AdSense advertising code. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to provide and measure ads, limit repetition and detect fraud. Your browser may send Google the page URL, IP address and information about your browser or device and ad interactions. Advertising cookies can be used to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites.
Personalized ads may use interests and previous activity where permitted by your settings and consent. Non-personalized ads can use context such as the page topic or general location; they do not necessarily involve no cookies or data processing. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
You can manage or opt out of Google ad personalization in Google Ad Settings, and control cookies and site data in your browser. Where a regional consent message is presented, use its choices to manage consent. Google account settings do not replace a site’s required consent choices.
Site analytics
KSPILL integrates Vercel Web Analytics for page views and site interactions, including article and category clicks, scroll depth and ad-slot visibility. These events describe site content and placement, not chat text or nicknames. Vercel’s analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors. Its documented measurements include page/referrer, browser, device and country information; see Vercel’s analytics privacy information. We do not currently integrate Google Analytics.

Embedded official videos
KSPILL embeds verified official videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. A muted player may load automatically on the homepage. YouTube and Google may then process information such as your IP address, device details, playback activity, and cookies according to their own privacy policies. Availability, advertising, and playback timing may differ by country, account, device, and network.
Local player and chat data
The current chat panel is a local, temporary experience, not a shared public chat service. Messages you type and your chosen nickname are held in memory in your browser tab and cleared on reload. This chat implementation does not send them to a chat server or save them in local storage. Labeled AI reactions are prewritten messages scheduled locally during playback; typing a message does not send it to an AI service.
The player stores a last-visit timestamp in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing KSPILL site data. The private editorial workspace also uses an authentication cookie and browser storage for review navigation and pending editorial actions; these are not public reader accounts.
