Copyright notices
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe and its URL, the complaining party’s contact information, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized. It should also include a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act, plus a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If material is removed in response to a notice, the affected party may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. Restoration will be considered in accordance with applicable law and platform obligations.
