The BIGBANG Hong Kong ticket race starts before tickets actually go on sale.

YG Entertainment’s September 2 notice confirms three concerts at Kai Tak Stadium on November 13, 14 and 15, 2026. For V.I.P Membership holders, however, the first deadline is September 8: complete the official survey or the September 14 fan presale will not be available to you.

That creates three separate checkpoints—survey, presale and general sale. Here is the official schedule without mixing them together.

Hong Kong Gets Three Nights, Not One

The XX : COSMOS world tour will stop at Kai Tak Stadium for three consecutive nights:

  • Friday, November 13 — 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 14 — 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 15 — 6 p.m.

The different Friday start time is easy to miss when scanning a tour poster. Confirm the date before paying rather than assuming every show begins at 6 p.m.

Both BIGBANG’s official tour page and the Hong Kong Tourism Board list the same three dates and venue. The tourism board identifies YG Entertainment as the organizer, providing a second institutional confirmation outside the ticket notice.

The Membership Survey Is the First Deadline

The fan presale is not automatic. Eligible BIGBANG V.I.P Membership holders must complete the Hong Kong survey by 11:59 p.m. local time on September 8.

The form asks for the six-character Membership Code shown under My Page → My Membership → View Membership Details. YG specifically tells applicants to type the code directly instead of copying it from a screenshot, reducing the chance of an image-reading error.

Incorrect information can remove an applicant from verification. That includes a code with the wrong number of characters or personal details entered in a language other than English, according to the official instructions.

Presale Is One Long Day—But Still One Window

The V.I.P Membership presale runs from 11 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on September 14, Hong Kong time. Buyers can purchase up to two tickets per performance during this window.

The six-character Membership Code doubles as the presale code. YG also says buyers need to sign in to the ticketing site before entering that code, so creating the account after the queue opens adds an avoidable step.

The presale allocation is limited. A long sales window does not mean the same seats remain available all day.

General Sale Opens September 17

General ticket reservations open at 12 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 17 through HK Ticketing. You do not need BIGBANG V.I.P Membership for this sale.

The September 2 YG notice does not publish seat prices or a seating chart. Treat prices circulating through reposts as unconfirmed until the official ticketing page displays them. The same rule applies to any additional partner presales not included in YG’s notice: check the organizer or ticket platform before relying on a screenshot.

A Five-Minute Setup Before Sale Day

The useful preparation is administrative, not magical:

  1. Check that you are on the official HK Ticketing domain.
  2. Create or test your ticketing account before the sale opens.
  3. If using the fan presale, complete the survey by September 8.
  4. Type and recheck the six-character Membership Code.
  5. Choose the November 13, 14 or 15 performance deliberately.
  6. Keep payment details ready and read the final purchase terms.

Screenshots of queue positions, resale offers and “guaranteed” buying services do not override the official rules. YG’s notice says the presale is first-come, first-served and capped at two tickets per show; it does not endorse third-party shortcuts.

The Date That Matters Right Now

For most buyers, September 17 is the headline. For V.I.P Membership holders, September 8 is the real first deadline.

That is the distinction worth remembering: the survey is registration, September 14 is the member sale, and September 17 is the public sale. Three nights at Kai Tak Stadium are confirmed; seat prices remain to be officially posted.

Check the YG Entertainment ticket notice again before joining the queue in case operational details change.
