Log in with a registered Weverse account and prepare to show the live reservation QR. Each booking admits one person; reservations and visits are limited to once per person per week.

Match the reservation clock to your time zone
Seoul’s September 23 at 14:00 KST is 05:00 UTC, 01:00 EDT in New York on September 23, and 22:00 PDT in Los Angeles on September 22. On-site hours are 11:00–20:00 KST throughout the 13-day run. Choose your visit using Seoul local dates and times.
A weekly booking is your shopping access
The official guide limits each person to one reservation and visit per week. Breaching that rule can lead to cancellation or refusal of service. Do not assume an extra account permits another visit, and do not transfer or buy somebody else’s reservation.
Weverse’s stated minimum ages depend on access region: 14 in Korea, 13 in the United States and 16 elsewhere. After booking, check the confirmation and your submitted email address, including spam folders. Cancelled slots can reopen; changing a reservation requires cancelling first, with no guarantee of securing a replacement.
Open the QR page before joining the line
Within the DALMAJUNG event, select the QR icon or RESERVATION → reservation details. Staff need the QR on the logged-in app or web page. A screenshot or photograph is not valid.
Wait beside the store from ten minutes before your booked time. Arriving twenty minutes or more late means no admission. Visits last up to one hour, with no re-entry after leaving.
Walk-in viewing does not include merchandise purchases
Staff may allow unreserved visitors to look around and try the experiences when conditions permit, but walk-in visitors cannot purchase merchandise. Shopping requires the advance-reservation QR. This distinction matters if buying DALMAJUNG items is the reason for your trip.
Payment accepts cards, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay; cash and QR-payment methods are excluded. Items may sell out, and entry does not promise stock. No building parking or parking support is provided.
