The same opening instant is September 23 at 04:00 UTC, September 23 at 00:00 EDT in New York, and September 22 at 21:00 PDT in Los Angeles. The pop-up itself runs 10:30–20:30 KST daily. All visit slots use Seoul local time.
One account, one guest, a QR that stays live
Complete Weverse registration before booking. The notice gives minimum service ages by access region: 14 in Korea, 13 in the United States and 16 elsewhere. Reservations cannot be transferred or sold.
Open the event in Weverse and use the QR icon or RESERVATION → reservation details. Show staff the QR from the logged-in app or web page; screenshots and photographed codes are not accepted. Keep the app updated.
The ten-minute wait and twenty-minute cutoff
Join the outdoor waiting area beside the store ten minutes before your booked session. Arriving twenty minutes or more after the reserved time means no entry. A visit lasts up to one hour, and leaving ends your visit: re-entry is not permitted.
Sold-out sessions can reopen after cancellations. Changing a booking requires cancelling first and securing another available slot, so a replacement is not assured. Walk-in admission may be possible at staff discretion; do not treat it as guaranteed access.

Merchandise payments accept cards, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay, but not cash or QR payments. Have the entry QR ready at checkout too. There is no building parking or parking support.
