Trying to buy EXO tickets from outside Korea?
As of September 21, 2026: the general sale began on August 31 at 8 PM KST. International buyers should check the official Melon Ticket Global page for current booking options and complete passport verification before attempting a purchase. A listed ticket page does not guarantee that seats remain; this guide does not confirm live inventory.
Korean Melon Ticket and Melon Ticket Global have separate procedures. The September 16 recovered-seat reopening window was on the Korean page, restricted to previously verified Korean-page fanclub buyers using Korean-issued cards. It was not a new Global sale.
Buying From Outside Korea? Use the Global Page
Melon Ticket has separate Korean and Global pages for this concert. International fans can go directly to the official English Global Melon Ticket page.
Official Global pages are also available in Japanese and Chinese. The Weverse notice lists each language page separately, so choose the appropriate language page and check its current booking conditions.

EXO's official Weverse notice scheduled seats recovered from canceled unauthorized fanclub-presale bookings to reopen on the Korean Melon Ticket page from September 16 at 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. KST. That window has now passed.
This was not a new Global Melon Ticket sale. The September 16 window was limited to buyers who completed Korean-page fanclub presale verification by August 27, and it accepted Korean-issued cards only. The notice allowed canceled-seat booking on the Korean page from September 17 at 12:05 a.m. KST, subject to availability. Check the official page for current options; this does not confirm that canceled seats remain.
Check Your Passport Verification Before Ticketing
The official notice says tickets for this show can only be purchased through accounts that have completed passport verification. That requirement also applies when buying through the Global page.
Check your account before attempting to book. Opening the ticket page does not replace the required verification.

The two-ticket limit includes any ticket already purchased through the fanclub presale. In other words, the limit is not reset for general sale.
One Catch: General Sale Means Remaining Seats
The general sale was limited to seats left after the fanclub presale. A sale opening date is not evidence that tickets remain available now.
The official notice also warns that there may be no seats available if the concert sold out during presale. That is a possibility—not confirmation that every show is sold out, and not a guarantee that tickets will be available.
